What student information do we collect and why do we use it?
We need to collect information from you when you book a Spanish
Language Program with us.
You will be asked for your first name, last name, email address,
birth date, gender, nationality, native language, and if you speak

During school activities, photographs may be taken of students.

programs, arrange accommodation options, arrange airport pickups
and any other services requested by our students.
To help our academic team and teachers place students in a class
at the correct level.

note that we do not record or store your credit or debit card
information in case you use such payment method. This is why all
payments are done in person at School)
To maintain our student, employees, agents, and host family files.
To maintain our health and safety records.
To maintain our own financial accounts and academic records.
To communicate with students regarding events and news ONLY
while they are at School.
To enroll students in Spanish language examinations.

Peruwayna Spanish School is the data controller. This means Peruwayna Spanish School decides how and why your personal data is used and kept.
